Starting 4:00 PM AEST on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, MILKRUN is giving away one free selected product every day!

Each day features a different product (starting with a Cadbury Chocolate Block on Day 1). There is a national limit of 5,000 redemptions per day, so move fast! When they’re gone, you’ll see an "All Gone! Sorry!" banner on the app.

How to Claim

  1. Find the Banner: Tap the banner on the App or Website that says "Add 1 FREE* product from the list below."

  2. Select Your Item: Choose your free product and add it to your cart.

  3. Automatic Discount: A voucher code will automatically apply at checkout, reducing the product cost to $0. Do not remove this voucher code.

  4. Checkout: Add any other groceries you need and place your order. There is no minimum spend and no MINI RUN fee for this promotion.

Key Details & Troubleshooting

  • Daily Limit: One (1) free product per customer, per day.

  • Voucher Codes: If the automatic voucher is accidentally removed, you can re-enter it manually:

    • New Customers: Use code 1NEWEGG

    • Existing Customers: Use code 1EXISGG

  • Delivery Fees: 

    • New Customers: $0 delivery fee (valid for your first 3 orders).

    • Existing Customers: A standard $5 delivery fee still applies.

  • Pricing at Checkout: The product may show its full price initially; however, the voucher at the bottom of the checkout screen will subtract that exact amount.

  • Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other discount codes or vouchers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why was I charged for the "free" product? This usually happens if you added more than one free item to your cart or if the voucher was removed before you hit "Place Order." Please double-check your total before finishing, as we cannot provide refunds in these instances.

Where can I see my discount? Your discount will appear as a "Voucher Discount" on your emailed invoice or under "My Orders" in the app or website.

I received a different product than the one I picked. If your first-choice item is out of stock, we automatically enable substitutions to ensure you still get a free treat! We cannot offer refunds or redeliveries if a substitute is provided.

I didn’t receive my free product. What happened? We’re sorry you missed out! Because these daily treats are in high demand, they are only available while stocks last.

  • If the product was out of stock: If your local store ran out of the daily free item and a substitute wasn't available, the item would not have been included in your delivery.

  • Billing: Since the product was free, no refund is required. However, if your entire order was out of stock and couldn't be delivered, you will not be charged for any part of the order.

The app says "All Gone!" This means the daily limit of 5,000 redemptions has been reached. Don't worry—a new free product becomes available tomorrow at 4:00 PM AEST!
