What is Run Club?
Collect 5 stamps before the month ends for 20% off. Repeat it as many times as you like, then next month do it all over again.
Eligible orders (excluding orders containing only tobacco) will receive a stamp once your groceries are safely at your door.
How does it work?
Place and receive 5 orders in a calendar month to receive a 20% off voucher valid for 30 days from issue date.
This is currently available in Victoria only and rolling out nationwide soon!
What happens to my stamps at the end of the month?
Your stamp card has a "fresh start" policy. On the first day of the calendar month, your card resets and you get a new stamp card.
If I earn my reward on the 30th, do I have to use it before the month ends?
Nope! Once you’ve earned your 20% off reward, you have 30 days to use it, even if the month has rolled over. Check your email inbox or your notifications section in the app for the exact expiry.
My order was cancelled - do I get another voucher?
Absolutely. If you used your voucher and we had to cancel your order, we can assist in giving you a new voucher. If you cancelled your order, we may not be able to issue you another voucher.
How do I apply my 20% off?
We make it easy. Once you hit 5 stamps, we will send you an email with your unique code. Enter your code at the check out when placing your next order.
