An item or product I ordered is "out of stock" and not supplied, do I get a refund?
Anything that is marked "out of stock" and was not supplied will not be charged. The charge or settlement amount will be adjusted to reflect the out of stock item. You can see on your invoice the "adjustment" amount that will show the deduction. Your original payment will be adjusted to reflect the supplied price only. You do not need to request a refund and it will not come as a refund.
An item or product I ordered is substituted with a lower value or cost product, do I get a refund?
If a product was substituted with a lower value item, you will only be charged for the cheaper product. We will never charge you more.
