How to Verify Your Number
You will only need to verify your number one time. Once verified, you won't be prompted again on future orders unless you change your phone number.
Checkout Prompt: When you are checking out, a verification pop-up will appear after you enter the recipient details and click Confirm and review

Confirm Your Number: You will see the mobile number currently linked to your account.
If the number is correct, click Confirm to receive your 6-digit verification code via SMS.

If you need to update it, click Change to enter a new number.

Enter the Code: Once you receive the SMS, enter the 6-digit code into the "Enter Code" screen in the app.
Complete Order: After successful verification, you can proceed with your order.
Troubleshooting
Your phone number may already be verified to another email and account. If so, you will receive this message at checkout "This number is already linked to another account. Try logging in to that account or contact us for help."
Please login with another email that you have used to place a MILKRUN order.
If you are unable to login with the other email, you can contact us via our Live Chat or email help@milkrun.com and we are able to unlink your old account.
