Your delivery driver can be contacted by calling them via the phone icon on the tracking screen.
Please note, the "chat icon" or "chat bubble" will connect you with the MILKRUN Customer Service team, not the driver. Any instructions for the driver entered in this chat will not be received by the driver and we are unable to relay any information to them.
To contact the driver, please call them using the phone icon which will appear after:
- A driver is assigned
- The order order is packed at store
- Up to 30 minutes after the driver has delivered the order.
Please note: For your privacy and the delivery partners, the phone number is "masked." This means that the driver will not have access to your phone number when you call them.
